General Responsibilities
Continually provide detail level cleaning to all areas of the interior and exterior of the property, demonstrating a high and consistent level of attention to detail.
Work with colleagues to coordinate cleaning around the family’s movements to take advantage of even brief opportunities to provide quick and efficient service to areas of the household.
Meticulously follow cleaning and organizational guidelines to ensure the house is maintained in a very clean and organized manner.
Provide feedback to management recommending improvements to protocols to improve service.
Perform the general and in-depth cleaning.
Handle the daily graces (i.e. fresh towels in the bathrooms, making beds, wiping bathroom and kitchen counters, loading and unloading dishwasher, etc.).
Responsible for the care of fine furnishings including antiques and artwork.
Have a sound knowledge of proper care protocols, and ability to care for antiques, crystal, fine china, silver, brass, marble, fine linens, cookware, etc.
Change linens on beds as per Principals preference.
Maintain the organization of closets and storage areas.
Courteous, efficient and accurate handling of phones, doors, messages and deliveries, if needed.
Take out the trash and organize items to be recycled
Attend to guest needs.
Assist with packing and unpacking
Basic mending
Keep flowers in the house fresh and replace water daily
Understanding of plant maintenance
